Well, after just over a year of filling out paperwork, waiting for various governmental agencies to put their respective stamps on all our documents, we would like to formally announce the arrival of a baby girl into the Howard family.

Miss Howard's current given name is Hua Qu Guo. Hua means Brilliant and China and Qu means Interest and Delight.

She was born on January 28, 2004 and is currently living in the fabulous beach resort city of BeiHai, located on the Beibu Gulf of the South China Sea. BeiHai City is located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of Southern China and borders the country of Vietnam to the Southwest and the province of Guangdong (Guangzhou (Canton), Hong Kong and Macau are well known cities in the Guangdong province) to the East.
